Broadcaster Sol Phenduka hinted on his X account on Wednesday, 20 August 2025, that he lost his job at Kaya FM after the radio station suspended him with immediate effect.

The Podcast and Chill co-host, who has been trending since his suspension at the radio station, has been posting a series of posts on his social media.

When a social media user @nkolisop asked Phenduka for R20 to take a taxi to work in the morning, the broadcaster replied on his X account on Wednesday, 20 August 2025:

The former Big Brother Mzansi reality TV star also shared on his X account that he will reveal on his Podcast and Chill's episode on Thursday, 21 August 2025, why he was suspended from the radio station.

Phenduka also reportedly removed his Kaya FM employment on his X account.
