South Africans were gagged by a Pakistani national who spoke fluent isiXhosa in a now-viral TikTok video. The chap who lives in Mthatha in the Eastern Cape has become a product of his environment.

The chap had a thick Eastern accent and fashion sense that could tell one where he’s from. One Xhosa guy came into his shop and asked the Pakistani man to attend to his customers while filming him.

The foreign man responded like a taxi driver and refused to be called ‘My Friend’. The video was hilarious for many people, but a number of South Africans were threatened.

People pointed out just how the Pakistani man carried himself like a typical Xhosa man from Mthatha. He wore trendy clothes and had the right swag mixed with nonchalant expressions.

The video was merely for entertainment purposes and managed to reach almost half a million people within 24 hours of posting on TikTok. People reshared the clip 3.3K times.
