A woman's unique approach to meal preparation has gone viral after she shared a video showing how she shops for groceries in her own house using a shopping trolley.

The video, shared by motivational speaker @LEADERSHIPFORZAMBIA in early May, shows the wealthy woman treating her home pantry like a personal supermarket.

The video begins with the woman explaining her weekly cooking routine.

"Join me today as I prepare and set up for dinner. We will begin by shopping from our pantry without cash," she says calmly. Despite having a full-time chef, she chooses to cook once a week because her family loves her food.

The woman grabs a shopping trolley and heads to her impressive pantry, which looks like a mini grocery store with shelves packed with ingredients. She carefully selects rice, chicken from the fridge, vegetables like garlic and ginger, and all the cooking utensils she needs, including a blender and various spices.

Her home is clearly luxurious, with a beautiful kitchen setup and plenty of space for cooking. After "shopping" in her pantry, she moves to the kitchen and begins preparing fried chicken for her large family of eight people.

The cooking process is detailed and relaxed. She peels the chicken skin, washes vegetables, blends garlic and ginger, and seasons everything perfectly. Throughout the video, she continuously says "Praise the Lord" while working, which has become a talking point among viewers.

The woman sets up a comfortable chair near the stove so she can relax while waiting for the food to cook. She even brings in a movable screen to watch something while monitoring her chicken. The final result is a feast with fried chicken, pasta, roasted potatoes, and fresh rolls served on beautiful serving boards.
