Hlekani was part of the Junior Boks team that made history by defeating the Baby All Blacks in Italy last month to win the Under-20 World Cup. The 20-year-old recently moved from the Sharks to the Lions and is widely regarded as one of South Africa’s brightest rugby prospects.
