He also missed the Boks' last match against the Wallabies of Australia due to an injury he suffered during training, with captain Siya Kolisi also being ruled out of the match due to the same issue.

Springboks stars are known to be lovers of expensive rides, as most of them show them off online.

In a viral post on Instagram, Le Roux was seen showing off one of his luxurious rides online. The Boks star shared a video and photos of himself cruising in his Toyota Land Cruiser Prado.

According to Toyota's official South African website, the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado is worth R1.5 million in the Mzansi automobile market.

The Springboks' stand-in captain, Jesse Kriel, who is filling in for Siya Kolisi, also owns the same type of car as the 36-year-old and recently flaunted it on IG.

Toyota Land Cruiser Prado specifications

As reported by Autotrader.co.za, the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado is equipped with a 2.8-litre turbocharged inline-4 diesel engine mounted at the front. This powertrain delivers 150 kW and 500 Nm of torque, enabling the vehicle to reach a maximum speed of 165 km/h.

Running on diesel, the Prado boasts a combined fuel tank capacity of 110 litres, split between an 80-litre main tank and a 30-litre auxiliary tank. It offers an average fuel efficiency of 7.9 litres per 100 km, providing an estimated driving range of about 1,392 km. Its average CO₂ emissions are 209 grams per kilometre.

Briefly News also reported that Springboks star Kriel, who was the stand-in captain in the absence of Siya Kolisi, was seen cruising in his new luxurious car online.

The two-time rugby World Cup winner's new ride is reportedly worth R2.2 million in the South African market.
